Yoga & Art in an Art Gallery

Welcome to Creative Flow Sundays at Artful Yoga Gallery — a weekly space to slow down, reconnect, and create.

We begin with an embodied yoga flow to awaken the senses and settle into presence, followed by an open creative session guided with prompts, themes, or free expression. Whether you're a seasoned artist or simply curious, this is a space to express without pressure, connect with others, and rediscover the joy of play.

Every week holds a new theme inspired by the seasons, elements, chakras, or emotions — integrating yoga, mindfulness, and intuitive art to deepen your self-exploration. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

What to bring: Yourself, comfy clothes, and an open mind. All yoga mats, props and art materials provided.
