Candlelight Vigil for Charlie Kirk

Join us this Wednesday, September 24th at 7-9PM at the Catholic Newman Center for a candlelight prayer vigil for Charlie Kirk. All are welcome!

Local leaders will be speaking and praying at the vigil. This is a way for us to gather together as a community to pray and honor those who have lost their lives due to violence. As we gather together, may we pray for the protection of freedom of speech to all individuals, especially students at Missouri Western and in our St. Joseph community.

We will be gathering outside, in the shared parking lot of the Newman Center and Knights of Columbus Hall. Please use parking directly across from Newman to provide safety to those in our parking lot as we pray and worship.

Bring a lawn chair! Flower donations for Charlie’s memorial are encouraged.
