Full Moon Sound Bath: Harvest Moon

The Harvest Moon shines bright, inviting us to slow down and gather what truly nourishes us—within and around us.

Join Marci and Andrea for an evening of sound, stillness, and gentle reflection. Through the resonant tones of gongs, crystal bowls, voice and guided rest, we’ll move into the quieter season with intention and care—tending to what’s ready to be harvested, and what’s ready to be released.

This 90-minute journey is open to all bodies and all levels of experience. Bring your breath, your presence, and maybe a warm blanket or eye pillow to help you settle in.

Held in community and guided with love—come rest in the glow of the Harvest Moon and let yourself soften into the season’s turning.
