Autumn is a season of change, a chance to shed what no longer serves us and make space for new energy. Join Andrea for a nourishing, Ayurveda-inspired Detox/Reboot program designed to support your body’s natural rhythms and help you feel more grounded, clear, and vibrant.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and how it can guide your body through gentle cleansing and rejuvenation. Through each week’s Zoom session, we’ll dive deep into creating sustainable shifts, nurturing your body with simple practices, and reflecting on what it means to return to balance.

Full Price: $249 for those new to cleanse. $50 for Cleanse Community (those who have done a cleanse with us before!) After the initial $249, each subsequent cleanse will be $50, and you will be a part of our Cleanse Community Family for life.
