Our skilled practitioners combine the healing benefits of Yin yoga with intuitive energy readings to provide a unique and personalized experience. As your body relaxes into long-held, gentle postures, intuitive insights help guide emotional release and energetic alignment. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath, allowing you to fully integrate the healing and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
