Who will be crowned this year's Rock Games champions? Join us on SEPTEMBER 20th, at Islander Athletics as we host the 9th annual ROCK GAMES. It's more than a competition: It's about coming together as CrossFit athletes (and fitness enthousiasts too), to show our stretngth and abilities as CrossFiitters - all while having a ton of fun with an incredible group of people.
