Back, Hips, Scoliosis & Anatomy at Lotus Centre. For yoga teachers and students or anyone who wants to clear stuck areas from their body!
🌿 Somatic Assist & Release Weekend 🌿
Elevate your teaching and expand your toolkit as a yoga teacher! This transformative weekend training will give you the skills and confidence to address your students’ stuck fascia and help them find freedom from pain. Through guided practice, you’ll learn hands-on Somatic Assist & Release techniques, explore the power of diaphragmatic breathing, and study the anatomy connected to each body area we focus on.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel super confident in your ability to support students with precision, presence, and care — empowering them to release tension, restore balance, and deepen their yoga practice.

Yoga teachers, yoga students and anyone interested, are welcome to do this training retreat.
