Scientific Illustration: An Introduction

Have you ever wondered how museums, textbooks, or papers get those detailed drawings of specimens to look so realistic? Don’t worry, it’s not as hard as you think!

In this workshop we will be exploring the art and science of scientific illustration, measured drawings that are created to preserve an artifact and highlight features of its surface. It’s an excellent way to learn a new skill and examine a specimen in a new way!

Cost: $40 plus HST. 10% discount for Rooms members.
