Move At The Market

� New Program at the Market! �

We’re excited to introduce Move @ the Market — a fun, fully inclusive fitness class for adults of all ages, right here at the St. John’s Farmers’ Market!
Led by the amazing Elaine Dunphy of Nia on the Rock and Ageless Grace on the Rock, these classes are designed to get you moving, laughing, and feeling great in a welcoming community space.

� Starting October 4th
� Saturdays | 2:30 – 3:30 PM
� SJFM Community Room
� Free to attend | First come, first served | Space is limited

Come move with us — no experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to have fun!
