Pilates Flow Exercise Class

A gentle yet energising Pilates class held in the CORE building of the orchard.
Cost - £8. Pay at the class with cash or card.

This session blends stretching, breathing exercises and low-impact strengthening movements, great for your core.
Suitable for all abilities, it boosts flexibility, balance & co-ordination and reduces tension to prepare your body and mind for an active day.

Instructor, Nicola Froud has a degree in Dance and Body Conditioning, and is fully qualified in mat pilates as well as specialist knowledge in Pilates for older people.

Enjoy a wander through the Orchard and Nature Reserve after your session.
