From September, I’ll be running a monthly Soundbath & Meditation on the first Thursday of every month at Transform Hub, St Helens.
Soundbaths have helped me so much over the years – bringing calm, clarity, and deep rest when life felt busy and overwhelming – and now I’d love to share that with you all.
Attending regularly can help:

If you’ve never been before, come along and give it a try. There’s no ‘right way’ to do it – simply lie back, get cosy, and allow the sounds to wash over you. It’s your hour to switch off, recharge, and just be in our busy, busy world.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow so you can be extra comfortable.
