LDUB CLUB blends high-energy dance and fitness with soul-deep freedom. You’re invited to a one-of-a-kind live taping—part dance fitness fun, part dance party, all heart. Come move your energy, lift your spirit, and help create the LDUB CLUB magic in motion to “Just Be”

What to Bring:
Wear supportive shoes designed for workout floors and lateral movement. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you prefer—it is very possible you will get sweaty while having a blasty blast!

Inside the Fitness Studio at the Athletic Club on Sunset Boulevard

Time:
Please arrive at 6:45 PM to sign your filming waiver. Class begins promptly at 7:00 PM.

Cost:
This first live recording is free and you do not have to be a member of Summit Athletic Club. Please bring your family, friends and anyone that’s wanted to experience what LDUB CLUB is all about!
