Qigong Workshop

Lora Tod, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Level III Certified Qigong Instructor is excited to share with you medical Qigong exercises in this 90 minute workshop. Qigong (said like Chi Gong) are exercises from Chinese Medicine, most similar to Tai Chi exercises. In this workshop we’ll talk about the history of Qigong and why doing these exercises can make big changes to your energy and encourage self healing. We will also compare and contrast Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga, and learn a flow of exercises that students can do on a daily basis. Yoga mat to stand on is recommended.
