Where movement meets imagination!
Designed for children ages 5 to 11, these classes introduce foundational yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques through games, storytelling, and music. Kids will stretch, balance, and build strength while exploring different themes each week.
Each class encourages creativity and self-expression in a fun, non-competitive environment that supports emotional regulation and body awareness. Whether we're pretending to be animals, traveling on a yoga adventure, or learning how to calm our minds, kids will leave feeling happy, centered, and confident.
No prior yoga experience needed - just bring a curious heart and a willingness to play!
