About the event

HBY Ensemble Company Class

September 8th class format will be 15 minutes stretch/yoga (Sue), 30 minutes strength (Cindy) and one hour fifteen minutes modern dance technique (David). We work for safety and longevity at HBY, our class starts with some bodywork to warm-up and then follows with correct dance technique. See you at Dance Expressions at 10:30 am. $20 walk-in.
