Functional Yoga is a fun, healthy, strengthening asana practice. It targets bone density and range of motion. The class is all levels, working around injuries and special health considerations.

James Abney has been a yoga and fitness instructor for over 20 years, introduced to yoga from martial arts. His passion for yoga grew as he faced his own challenges with arthritis, joint issues and depression.
