Before we begin, we’ll gather in gratitude and connect with spirit to select a healing crystal just for you. Sarah will intuitively scan your energy field and work with your spirit team to choose the perfect crystal to support your journey.
During the sound bath, you'll be immersed in healing tones from crystal bowls, tuning forks, voice, and other instruments. Sarah will weave in energy work for each participant using Reiki, Sekhem, and crystal medicine—creating a layered, personalized, and multidimensional healing experience.
