For centuries, spiritual seekers have encountered what’s often called “the Dark Night of the Soul”—a period of deep challenge, transformation, and sometimes confusion on the path to greater awareness.
Long before St. John of the Cross gave this experience a name, people have struggled with feelings of emptiness, loss, or spiritual uncertainty that can arise unexpectedly, even for the most devoted practitioners.
In this workshop, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore: -
- What is the Dark Night of the Soul: Understanding the history, myths, and truths behind this spiritual phenomenon.
- Common Challenges: Why these periods can feel isolating, overwhelming, or even frightening—and why you’re not alone.
- Emerging Awareness: How these experiences can lead to powerful breakthroughs in self-understanding, compassion, and spiritual growth.
