Chakra Series - Solar Plexus Chakra

Join April and Janelle, from Infinite Potential Healing for a monthly deep dive into the body’s seven main chakras, the subtle energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each 2-hour workshop will include thoughtful discussion, gentle yoga to balance the featured chakra, and a guided meditation led by Janelle.

Our meditation will help us to overcome any blocks to the full expression of our personal power, and will help us to discover how to utilize our personal power in the most balanced and confident way to allow us to achieve everything that we want in our lives.
