Join Carlie for a breathwork journey that will leave you feeling like a weight has been lifted! Just in time for Fall, this ceremony is here to help you release and let go of the things that have been holding you back. We will practice an activating holotropic breath and you'll be invited to make space for something new. What will your breath show you?
This sacred space is for you if you're familiar with stress, limiting beliefs, grief, resentment, worry, or burnout. If you're looking for clarity, you may find it here.
Breathwork is not safe for individuals with uncontrolled blood pressure, individuals who are currently pregnant, or individuals with an acute mental health crisis.
How to prepare:
- bring your yoga mat
- bring a journal and pen
- wear comfortable clothing
- avoid eating a heavy meal prior to the event
Optional items that might enhance your experience
- an eyemask
- a comfort item (a stone, a picture, or other sentimental resource)
