This workshop is all about building confidence in sensual bachata fundamentals.
If sensual bachata feels scary, awkward, or confusing… it’s not because you’re “not cut out for sensual.”
It’s because sensual only feels good when you have the right prep, support, and body mechanics - the pieces that make it feel safe, clear, and natural.
And if you’ve ever thought:
“I want to learn head rolls, but I’m scared someone will yank my neck…”
“I don’t know when it’s a good time to lead a wave, isolation, or head movement…”
“I can do the steps, but I don’t know what to do with my arms/body…”
You’re not alone. You’re just missing the foundations - the ones that create real confidence on the social floor.
Most classes show you what to do.
In this workshop, we teach you how sensual bachata should feel - step-by-step, so it becomes repeatable with any partner, whether you’re leading or following.
We’re going to make sensual feel simple:
✅ loosen up your body with isolations that actually work
✅ learn head rolls + head movement in a safe, easy way (no yanking!)
✅ learn the axis system so you know where you are and what you can do next
✅ use Madrid step as the foundational footwork
✅and then build the fun stuff on top: styling, turns, and head movement - without it feeling messy.
Byeee forcing, yanking & guessing! Let’s do this together 💪🏼🚀
Just clean fundamentals that make you feel safe, confident, smooth, and genuinely sensual, without feeling fake.
*If you have any back or neck issues, please consult your GP before joining.
