Relaxation Sessions at Lanjeth Nursery

A ninety minute session of somatic movement, breath and relaxation in the pavilion building . Suitable for everyone , explore methods to ease tension, stress , pain and anxiety. Sessions are held biweekly on alternating Saturdays at 09.15-11.15 £20 and Thursdays 19.15 - 20.45 £15. Just pre book any session you would like to attend 07871714401.
