From rejection to OBE

We are delighted to welcome Floyd Steadman OBE to share his talk, From Rejection to an OBE and Beyond. A former headteacher, Vice President of Saracens FC and respected education leader, Floyd draws on his journey from the Windrush generation to captaining Saracens FC and leading schools. He speaks with honesty about rejection, resilience and identity, while challenging audiences to reflect on unconscious bias, opportunity and fairness.
