A Day for the Mind: Free Entry to The Lost Gardens of Heligan

This World Mental Health Day, we’re opening our gates and inviting everyone to enjoy free entry to the Gardens - a chance to pause, breathe, and spend time in nature.

Once lost and later lovingly restored, The Lost Gardens of Heligan stand as a living story of renewal and a reminder of how deeply nature can help us heal, reflect, and reconnect.

Wander the winding paths, listen to birdsong, breathe in the woodland air, and find a moment of calm in Cornwall’s most peaceful garden.

Because sometimes, the best therapy is found outdoors.

Take a moment for yourself. Bring a friend. Reconnect with the natural world this World Mental Health Day at Heligan.
