This Summer Solstice, we invite you to spend the shortest night of the year in a truly magical way…
Wrapped in blankets, resting on your mattress, surrounded by the ancient stones of Britain’s smallest cathedral — St Asaph in North Wales — you’ll be gently bathed in the healing vibrations of the gongs all through the night.🌙
Gong Puja is a deep, meditative sound journey that lasts 7.5 hours. It’s a ceremony of letting go, resetting the nervous system, and inviting inner stillness.
You’ll drift in and out of sleep as the vibrations guide you into a dreamlike space, where time softens and transformation begins.

St Asaph Cathedral, with origins in the 6th century and the current building dating to the 13th century, is the smallest ancient cathedral in Britain.
Its intimacy, acoustics, and history create an unforgettable atmosphere for this one-of-a-kind ceremony.
