Welcome to the Palliative Care, End of Life, Bereavement and Life After Caring event at the Seminar Rooms 2 A&B, St Andrews Community Hospital, St Andrews, Fife.

Caring for a a person with dementia involves many challenges, especially as the condition progresses towards the later stages. This session provides guidance and support for carers on key topics related to end-of-life care and bereavement.

This session offers practical advice, emotional support, and resources to help carers navigate the complexities of palliative care and life after caregiving with confidence and compassion.
