For a restorative session exploring how to combat the effects of seasonal stress, join wellbeing expert Debra Hogan on Tuesday 2 December from 7–8pm. You’ll learn grounding breathwork and calming strategies to soothe the nervous system and restore balance when life feels hectic. The experience includes a seasonal snack and wellness drink, along with practical take home tool to reinforce your learning.
