Level 1 July Session

Join us for a joyful and empowering journey into the foundations of bellydance, a contemporary movement practice rooted in rich, diverse dance traditions. This class is designed for absolute beginners or those returning to the practice, and focuses on developing strength, fluidity, musicality, and personal expression.

In each session, you'll learn core isolations, traveling steps, and elegant transitions, all while building body awareness, improving posture, and exploring your own unique movement style. The class provides a supportive, welcoming space to move, sweat, and connect—with both your body and a vibrant community of fellow dancers.

Whether you're here for fitness, fun, friendship, or to one day perform, this series offers a strong foundation and invites you to grow at your own pace. Respect for the cultures that inspire this dance and a commitment to mindful practice guide our journey together.

No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move.
This fee covers the entire 4 weeks course, which takes place on Wednesday nights 7pm-8pm July 9, 16, 23, and 30th.
