🐾 Oaklands Zoo is open this summer – just £7 per person!
Starting Tuesday 29th July, our teaching zoo will be open to the public every Tuesday and Thursday until Thursday 14th August.
Come along for a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon exploring our zoo at your own pace – perfect for all ages.
🦉 What’s included in your visit:
- Self-guided access to see animals including marmosets, lemurs, meerkats, rabbits, owls, fish, amphibians, Tank the tortoise, and more
- A Daily Events Board with pop-up activities like animal feeding and enrichment sessions (e.g. marmoset feeding at 2:00pm – subject to animal needs)
- Access to our outdoor picnic area – bring your own packed lunch and enjoy the setting
🗓️ Dates: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 29th July – 14th August
🕐 Time: Drop in anytime between 1pm and 4pm (Last entry 3pm)
📍 Location: Oaklands College, St Albans Campus AL4 0JA
🎟️ Tickets: £7 per person – under 3s go free
We recommend allowing 45 minutes to 1 hour for your visit.
