MRC St Albans #120

First we run, then we drink!

Routes will be 5-7k run at a casual pace, starting and finishing at the Clubhouse.

All abilities are welcome; beginner, novice, regular or even Olympian.

There will be a 1/2 price first pint for all (18+) and 20% off food 👌🏻

There will be a secure place to stash bags, coats etc at the Clubhouse.
