Getting Started with Poles

Find out how walking with poles will turn your walking into a full body exercise. In this 90min session you will learn the basics of walking with WALX poles.

You'll gain the skills to get the most from your own walking as well as being able to join national WALX and Nordic Walking classes.

Locally you will be able to book into any of WALX Ver Valley's classes straight away and enjoy effective total body walking in and around the St Albans beautiful countryside.

The beginner's workshop is delivered by accredited WALX Instructors.

We supply the poles.
