Food School for Fussy Eaters & Food Avoiders

Group programme for children aged 4-10 with less than 20 foods in their diet.

If your child is anxious at mealtimes, eats the same foods on repeat and refuses to try new foods. If they gag at the sight or feel of new foods and would rather go hungry than eat a new food then this is the course for you and them.

Run by an Occupational Therapist with input from our Dietician and our Speech and Language Therapist our programme introduces food at your child's pace teaching them and you the skills on how to introduce new foods.

No more than 6 children in each group, our approach is gentle and fun and we work through the steps to eating at your child's pace.

Parents receive talks from our team of Health Professions and learn why your child is likely to be restricting their food range, what foods are going to be easiest to introduce next and how to approach mealtimes to reduce anxiety for you and your child.
