1. THE EVENT
The event, a Toyosports Club Autocross, shall be known as Toyosports November Time Attack Autocross and will hereafter be called Toyosports November Time Attack Autocross. The event will be a timed autocross for holders of current club membership of Toyosports Car Club of NSW

6. AUTHORITY
The event will be held under the FIA International Sporting code including Appendices, the National Competition Rules (NCR) of Motorsport Australia, the Speed Event Standing
Regulations, Autocross Standing Regulations, these Supplementary Regulations and any Further
Regulations which may be issued. The event will be held under and in accordance with the Motorsport Australia OH&S and Risk Management Policies, which can be found at www.motorsport.org.au
This event will be conducted under and in accordance with any or all of the current Motorsport Australia COVID-19 Return to Race strategy requirements at the time of this event.
7. PLACE AND DATE
The event will be held at Colo Park during day light hours on the 1st November 2025. Scrutiny will commence
at 8.00am. Drivers briefing will be at 9.00am followed by a parade lap. Official runs will commence
at 9.30am pausing at lunch time and are expected to finish, at the latest Last Car on Start Line (if required) AT 6.30pm to allow equipment pack up before dark.
8. ENTRIES
(a) Entries will open on the 01/10/2025 for $110 then will close on 01/11/2025 , unless entry filled before. entries are to be sent to the Event Secretary, with the correct entry Fee. This Means ALL ENTRIES must come through 1 channel, that will be via email to

(b) The entry fee $110, accompanied family members consisting of women and juniors from the same household will be charged at a cost of $55 each
(c) An entry will only be deemed valid when payment is received with a completed & signed entry form.
(d) There will be a maximum of 2 drivers per vehicle.
(f) A maximum of 40 entries will be accepted, in order of receipt (Excepting Series Entered Drivers).
(g) The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with the NCR’s.
9. INSURANCE
Certain public, property, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance is provided by Motorsport Australia in relation to the Event. Further details can be found in the Motorsport Australia Insurance Handbook, available at www.motorsport.org.au.
10. CLASSES
A-.0-1600. B-.1601-2000. C-. 20001-3000. D-. 3001 and over. E 4WD non turbo 0 – 3000 ( or turbo 4wd up to 1765cc), G Buggy and 4WD Turbo 3000 – 6000 ( or turbo 4wd from 1766 cc – 3500cc) J – Junior, F- Female. Forced induction multiplier 1.7
11. STARTING ORDER
Will be 1 - 40. Starting order within each class will be determined by the order of receipt of entry, with
drivers of shared vehicles suitably spaced to allow changeovers with minimal disruption to the event.

12. DRIVERS
(a) All drivers must hold and present a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence or superior, a current membership card for a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club and vehicle logbook (if issued).
(b) All competitors are required to wear snug fitting clothes covering the body from neck to wrist to
ankles and suitable footwear. Clothing should be of a fire resistant nature. Apparel must comply with
Schedule D of the current Motorsport Australia Manual.
Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence Come & Try licence available for the day of the event at a cost of $25.00.
Competitors on a Come & Try licence will NOT be officially in the results of the meeting. They will be
timed for comparison and organisers must be informed as the licences are numbered and supplied by Motorsport Australia.
13. COURSE
The event will be run over 1.6km (approx) of gravel. All runs will be a Combined lap made up from a
standing start lap and flying lap.
14. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
(a) Vehicles must conform with the general requirements of automobiles in competition (General
Requirements for Cars and Drivers, Schedules A and B of the 2021 Motorsport Australia manual). All vehicles must be fitted with a suitable front and back towing hook.
(b) All vehicles must be fitted with two separate fastening systems on any opening front panel.
(c) Fire extinguishers to a standard listed in Schedule H of the Motorsport Australia Manual must be securely fitted to the vehicle.
(d) Safety helmets must conform to Motorsport Australia requirements (e.g. AS 1698) and be worn whilst
competing.
(e) All vehicles (except road registered vehicles in class A or B) must be fitted with mud flaps on all
driven wheels and on both rear wheels. All vehicles must have mudguards covering all road wheels
15. RUNNING DETAIL
Results will be determined by the competitors fastest single fastest flying lap out of 6 runs if 31 – 40 cars, 4 + 3 for 21 – 30 cars, 4 + 4 if 20 and under cars.
The number of runs will be determined by the Clerk of the Course, dependent on the condition of the
track. Timing will be controlled by electronic timing transponders up to 1/1000th of a sec if required.
In the rare event of a mistimed lap the outlap or 2nd lap will be replaced as directed by timekeepers and officials, example if a second lap is miss timed then a triple lap run may be utilized to make up lap time, likewise an outlap will be replaced with a single outlap. Timekeepers are deemed Judge of Fact.
16. STARTING PROCEDURE
Competitors will line up in close to numerical order on the driveway ramp only and not beyond as to block driveway access in an emergency or recovery situation, and will be directed onto
the starting pad immediately after the previous competitor has departed the circuit. The starter will indicate to the driver when to proceed onto the starting pad immediately after the previous competitor has departed. Any competitor who encounters difficulties on the course will be permitted a re-run only at the discretion of the Clerk of Course. (Reruns are usually given only to competitors whose runs were cancelled due to an on track issue or mistimed)
17. FINISH PROCEDURE
At the end of each run the driver is to immediately decelerate the vehicle and proceed to the pit area.
At all times when moving within the pit area and leaving the autocross area, the maximum speed limit
is to be 10kph.
18. TERMINATION
The organisers reserve the right to stop the event at any time if they consider it necessary, in the
interests of safety or for any other reason.
19. POSTPONEMENTS OR ABANDONMENT
The organisers reserve the right to postpone, abandon, or cancel the event under the NCR’s, or if
insufficient entries are received. If the event is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours, the
entry fees shall be refunded in full.
20. AWARDS
Trophies will be awarded to the following drivers 1st 2nd 3rd Outright
First in class [providing at least 3 competitors in class]
Trophies will be available at next club meeting after the event (4th Wed of the month, or following event)
Eastern Creek Tavern Eastern Creek, 8pm.
21. ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES
The holder of a Motorsport Australia Licence (or a Licence issued by another ASN) may be tested for the presence of any drug or other banned substance and subject to a penalty for a breach of the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy and/or the Motorsport Australia Illicit Drugs in Sport (Safety Testing) Policy at www.motorsport.org.au.
Consumption of alcohol in the paddock, pits or any other Reserved Area is prohibited until all Competition is concluded each day. The holder of a Motorsport Australia Licence (or a Licence issued by another ASN) may be tested for the presence of alcohol by a Motorsport Australia Accredited Testing Official (CATO) in accordance with the Motorsport Australia Alcohol Policy at www.motorsport.org.au.
22. NOISE
Vehicles must not exceed a noise limit of 95dB (A).
23. PENALTIES

(b) Any breach of these Supplementary Regulations will be dealt with in the same manner as
breaches of all other regulations pertaining to the event
24. PROTESTS
Protests must be lodged in accordance with the NCR and accompanied by the appropriate
fee.
25. FURTHER REGULATIONS.
The organizers reserve the right to issue competitors with further regulations. Such regulations will
have the same authority as these regulations.
26. RESULTS.
The organizers will supply results to all competitors via either email (if supplied) or via mail

The canteen will be open for lunch. Details to be confirmed closer to the event as required.
28. Special Sub event for Juniors under 14.
A Special sub event Known as Toyosports juniors Khanacross MAY
be held provided enough entrants are received. the format of the event will be for juniors aged 12 & 13 to compete during the main event on a modified version of the main track at intervals after the main field.
Entrants shall be accompanied by an experienced Adult who is ENTERED in the event so will be the holder of a current Motorsport Australia licence, be a member of a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club and preferably be the parent or guardian of the junior entrant. Must be a member of the same household. If not the parent or guardian must give their consent for the junior to compete.
Entry for juniors shall be $55 and will be made BEFORE the end of "early bird " entries which is 29/10/2025. This is a privilege not a right so please enter early so we can gauge interest.
It is expected the juniors (12-13yrs) event will consist of 3 runs with accumulated timing.
