I bring to you the first High Vibes Treat. In this 5 day 4 night space I intend to share with you all the tools I have learnt over the last 12 years whilst raising my little boy Roki who cannot speak or move. I had to learn how to keep his energy clear, aligned and high vibrational. These are all things we can do for ourselves every day. Everything in life is vibration. We are vibration. Every sound we utter and absorb is vibration.
I invite you to join me at this peaceful bush setting on a beautiful journey of reflection, gentle movement, bush walks, meditation, sound immersions, building connections with others, crafting and much more all whilst taking a brave in depth journey through your main energy centres to learn how to uncover that that you most need to acknowledge, release, heal, nurture at this stage of your journey.
My intention is to hold space for you while your journey unfolds whilst sharing with your the various methods I have learnt to use over the years to regulate my energy and uncover messages and signs to enable you to grow going forward. I intend sending you home rejuvenated and equiped with self help tools so that you can integrate these into your everyday life.
When I think of High Vibes Treat I really see us all sitting crafting, talking, laughing, sharing, crying, growing, reflecting~ all the things that bring people together and restore the lost art of building a community with unbreakable bonds and memorable experiences.
I will be honoured to hold space for you on this journey and thanks to the beautiful souls at Thrive I can offer this to you without having to charge too much.
