Ceilidh (barndance) class in St Agnes

Ceilidh (barndance) classes are coming to the St Agnes Miners & Mechanics' Institute - MMI on Wednesday mornings 10:30-12 noon. Free taster first class on 19th March.

The focus is on joining in and having fun. It is a great alternative to exercise classes like Zumba or HIIT, you come along for the enjoyment and leave having done some 3000 - 4500 steps! The lively music and sociability of it means that it is great for both physical and mental wellbeing.

No need to worry about making any wrong steps. No experience or partner required. Suitable for adults, teens also welcome. Moves can be adapted for anyone with aches and pains.

Classes are £7 (cheaper with block booking). The first session on **19th March is free** (but please still book if possible).
