An evening of botanical printmaking at the wonderful venue, Community Roots. This is an introduction into the process of printmaking with plants. You'll leave with the skills to develop the practice further and a collection of your own botanical monoprints.
Friday 13th June - 6pm till 8pm.
A relaxed, creative filled evening where you can enjoy the slow process of printmaking with plants. I will guide you through the process and let you have your own creative stance on the process. We will use pressed foliage from my collection, to curate beautiful compositions on a variety of different papers.
We will be using soy based printmaking inks.
The Venue - Community Roots, Porthtowan, TR4 8FN. The site is accessible and has a changing places toilet. Free parking.
The workshop will take place in the new big shed situated at Community Roots who are a market garden. The site is a working farm, producing veggie boxes for the local community.
I have opted for different price brackets depending on your financial situation. I want to be inclusive and it's all done on trust! So you won't need to provide me with any earnings evidence, just pick a price that suits you and that's it. If you have a higher income, then choose that & it'll equal out those who have a lower. Or pick the middle option - usually the standard price of my workshops!
