Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy can:
• Improve mental health and wellbeing
• Reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress
• Provide practical tools for navigating change and challenge

Course Commitment
This course is carefully designed to support safety and deep experiential learning. It involves being part of a closed group for the duration of the course.
