Railway City Music and Arts Festival

Hi!
I am excited to let you know that the 2025 Railway City Music and Arts Festival is
confirmed for August 14th to 17th, 2025 in beautiful Pinafore Park in St. Thomas,
Ontario.
We are now accepting Vendor applications for the Festival and we hope you are able
to make it!

Exhibitor sites are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, so get your application
in early so you can reserve your favourite spot!
NEW THIS YEAR: Lower Prices.
Yes, really! Early-Bird prices start at only $100 for 15' of frontage for the full four
days! NO, NOT "$100 PER DAY" - we are talking about four days for $100 total
including HST.
Are you a "Fine Artist" (see definition on our website), a "Youth Entrepreneur" (under
25 years old), or a "Non-Profit Organization"? Good news: we have even lower rates
for you!
Register early! Early Bird prices are in effect until May, but the choice spots will go
fast....
