National Women's Sailing Association Conference

This event is for women who want to learn to sail women who already know how to sail and women who are salty with a lot of miles under their keels.

Annually National Women's Sailing Association (NWSA) organizes a full day of hands-on workshops for women sailors of all levels both on land and on the water. In 2025 we’re thrilled to expand the event to three exciting days of Knowledge-Skills-Fun!

Our workshops are led by highly skilled and enthusiastic women sail instructors and captains who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise.

Two Keynote speakers: Tracy Edwards MBE The Maiden Factor and NWSA Founder National Sailing Hall of Fame sailor Doris Colgate. Three days of classes with many on the water dockside and classroom choices to choose from. Diesel engine maintenance class with a IYRS certified female instructor.
