Lift & Littles Workout Class

In our modern world, finding time to strengthen while mothering feels impossible. At Lift & Littles, we create the space where both you and your littles can thrive together.

What to expect:

• 60-minute strength workouts designed for moms (9:30-10:30 AM)
• Bring your littles to play nearby while you lift
• All fitness levels welcome - your body knows how to heal and grow stronger, we just provide the guidance
• Small, supportive community of moms who understand when you need to pause for a snuggle
• All equipment provided

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Snacks for your little ones
• Toys or entertainment items for your children
• Comfortable workout clothes

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. We limit class size to ensure each mom receives proper attention and maintains a safe environment for all, so RSVP is required.
