Come watch the sun set over the Gulf! Expect chill vibes, reggae beats & yummy stretches mixed into a rhythmic, dynamic vinyasa flow.
This practice is perfect for all levels - super beginner friendly. 🌺
Classes are geared for everyone to follow, CO-ED, & get the benefits of yoga, no matter your age or fitness level.

PARKING:
Park Mobile pay to park spots
DIRECTIONS:
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk past the first few rock jetty's to the end of the beach (toward the channel)
WALK PAST CAPRICE CONDOS AND KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU REACH ENVOY CONDOS/ The Secret Garden and you will find me there.
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly
