Make Fashion Great Again: A Siba Production

Let’s be clear—we’re not here for politics, we’re here for the runway.
The phrase might raise eyebrows, and that’s the point. We’ve flipped it, reclaimed it, and infused it with the voice of a new generation ready to challenge everything—including what fashion has become. This isn’t about anyone else’s campaign. This is about ours.

Fashion is experiencing a rebirth. Once rooted in artistry, culture, and craft, the industry has been diluted by mass production, fast fashion, and a loss of creative identity. “Make Fashion Great Again” is a rallying cry led by a new generation of designers and creatives from St. Louis, Missouri—visionaries who are reclaiming fashion as a tool for self-expression, storytelling, and change.

Through partnership with North Technical High School and Siba alumni, this showcase is more than just a runway—it’s a cultural movement. One that uplifts young voices and highlights fashion’s enduring role as a medium for identity, creativity, and activism.

While this show reflects the students’ personal call to action, we also recognize and honor the many designers, brands, and institutions who have long been doing the work to make St. Louis fashion great. This event is an addition to that incredible foundation—built on the groundwork, passion, and legacy that others have laid. It’s a continuation of the movement, infused with new energy, bold ideas, and a fearless generation ready to take the baton and carry fashion forward.
