Speaker: Cyril Narishkin

Cyril Narishkin is the CEO of Advanced Cell Engineering. With a strong track record of driving turn around and growth in international companies, Cyril excels in leading change, building high-performing management teams, diversifying sales channels, launching new products, and implementing innovative lean processes that create lasting value. Cyril has also been a consultant, during which time he has successfully led more than 400 consulting projects for over 200 clients, delivering increases in profitability and improvements in operational performance and capacity. Additionally, Cyril has taught Operations Management at Washington University’s Olin Business School and St. Louis University’s Cook School of Business. Outside of work, Cyril and his wife, Amy, are parents to four adult children—one in the Netherlands (where Cyril grew up), two in New York City, and the “good child” who lives in St. Louis.
