Around the World Wine Dinner: MIDWEST

The Garden is once again hosting Around the World Wine Dinners, taking you on a new culinary adventure each night. Enjoy a four-course meal expertly paired with fine wines from the Midwest. Each exquisite dinner will be presented at our communal tables in Sassafras Restaurant to a limited group of diners and guided by a sommelier.

Doors open at 6:30pm with cashless bar and a complementary placed appetizer. Call to dinner promptly at 7:00pm.

1st – LBV Fleur de Vin, semi-sweet red

Heartland Beginnings (Appetizer): Smoked Walleye Crostini with Pickled Ramps & Dill Crème Fraiche

2nd – LBV Solay White:

Spring Fields (Soup/Salad): Asparagus & Shrooms Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette & Shaved Aged Cheddar

3rd – LBV Norton Red

Heartland Harvest (Main Course): Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Rhubarb Chutney, Buttered Corn Spoonbread & Sautéed Spring Greens

4th – LBV Moscato

Sweet Midwest Fare (Dessert): Strawberry-Rhubarb Shortcake with Honey Whipped Cream & Candied Pecans
