9-Week Strength Training Program
Build Real Strength. Refine Your Technique. Step Onto the Platform.


This isn’t just another workout program — this is your blueprint to getting stronger, moving better, and building serious confidence under the barbell.

Over 9 weeks, you'll train with purpose and intensity using proven powerlifting methodologies to develop your Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Each training session is designed to sharpen your technique, increase your capacity, and push you toward new personal records.

It all leads to the finale:
A Mock Powerlifting Meet on June 24th — a fun, supportive event where you’ll put your hard work to the test and experience the energy of lifting on the platform.

Program Schedule
Coached Class Times:
  • Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30 PM
  • Saturday @ 11:00 AM

Primary coaching, instruction, and guided training.



Additional Open Gym Access:

Programming provided via email & Wodify/CoachRX.
Feedback and coaching support available for all participants (even if training outside of class).



Program Structure

Inspired by the legendary Westside Barbell Conjugate Method, this program follows a rotating weekly structure:

  • Max Effort & Dynamic Effort training days
  • Upper & Lower body focus
  • Accessory work to build strength where it counts
  • Emphasis on proper form, movement quality, and consistent progress tracking



Program Details
  • Length: 9 Weeks
  • Eligibility: All levels welcome (prior barbell experience recommended)
  • Programming Delivery: Provided via email and/or Wodify or CoachRX
  • Feedback & Modifications: Available to all participants, regardless of attendance format
  • Performance Metrics: Strength PRs, form quality, attendance, and consistency
  • Mock Lifting Meet at the end
