This is a Roaring 1920's themed fantastical fundraising event conspired in my brain and brought together by my friends and blues family to raise funds for Helping Young Mothers Mentor Inc. Life Coaching Services.
Helping Young Mothers Mentor, Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their mission is to empower young mothers by providing mentoring services and resources to help them become self-sufficient and improve their lives. They offer programs like "Lee's Daughters," which provides one-on-one mentoring, and the "Young Sisters Doing It Right Empowerment Program," which focuses on holistic development, including financial empowerment, life skills, and emotional well-being.
The organization was founded by Venita C. Dell, who was inspired by her own experiences and a desire to support young mothers facing challenges. They aim to address disparities and reduce adverse childhood experiences, ultimately creating a brighter future for young mothers and their families.
Please join us for a fabulous evening of blues entertainment like no other featuring vocalists Sweet Alice, Queen of the Blues; Lavieena Campbell, Cincinnati Songbird; Lady Joya, Angel of the Blues; Kelly Virgin-Ginn; and Cheryl Renee, Goddess of the Blues. Lead by Music Director Mike Wade, we will have our incomparable musicians Byron Anderson on Drums, Gideon Watson on Guitar, Harold Fisher on Bass and Michael Nicht on Keys. This will be a fun evening. There will be a raffle, split the pot, and an auction.
BYOB but we will provide some mixers like Coke , Sprite and Orange Juice. There will also be a buffet. More to follow when the menu has been established. Yum!!

We are going old school ladies and gentlemen... we have paper tickets... yes indeed!!! Tickets are only $35/advance, $40/at the door, $60/couple or $250/table
