Join licensed counsellors Xavier & Matthew for The Grounding Room, a free* monthly group at the CWA Hall in Dungog.
This is a welcoming, judgement-free space for all walks of life — regardless of age, gender, or background — to connect, share, and feel supported. Each month we’ll explore a loose theme to guide conversation and reflection, but you’re welcome to simply come as you are.
Whether you’re looking for a safe place to talk, to listen, or just to be around others in a kind and understanding environment, The Grounding Room offers a gentle mix of social connection and therapeutic insight.
