Join Xavier King & Matthew Coxhill for a free practical and accessible mindfulness session designed for everyday people navigating real-life chaos. In this 2-hour interactive workshop, participants will explore simple techniques to find calm and clarity amidst busyness—without needing to sit cross-legged on a mountain.

Simple breathing and grounding exercises to regulate your nervous system on the go
