As a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, personally trained by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, I bring a unique approach to couples therapy by blending foundational Gottman Principles and proven research, with elements from neuroscience, trauma, attachment theory and mental health.

My direct training with Dr. Sue Johnson’s Externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), further deepens my approach, allowing me to help partners understand each other’s emotional needs better, break negative relationship patterns, and build a strong, secure emotional connection.

Through my extensive training and combined approach, I’ve developed a powerful framework that prioritizes vulnerability- setting a new standard in couples therapy.
