Formed in 2016 by Vancouver music veterans Tom Taylor, Colin Nairne, and Wendy Bird—and now joined by Alli Lyde-Stad and David Hughes—The Radio Grande delivers songs that are both fresh and familiar, blending storytelling with timeless sound.

Whether you’re a fan of rootsy originals, thoughtful covers, or just good old-fashioned live music that makes you feelsomething, this trio-turned-quintet is not to be missed. Their latest release, Wrapped in Plastic (2024), follows their debut album Town and Country (2020) and their cozy holiday cover of The Christmas Song (2021). Expect an evening that’s intimate, nostalgic, and deeply moving.

But we’re not stopping there. Once the band wraps at 10PM, the night flips into full party mode. DJ Crippledwheel Pete takes over the booth and brings the energy through the roof until 2AM.
